Good: Soylent made from GMOs on a farm powered by diesel, treated with more Haber-Bosch products than a British trench.
Bad: backyard gardening using heritage plants, no fuel and no chemicals.

And sometimes actually carbon sinks that trap and utilize carbon for years or even decades.
Pretty much every serious study of regenerative agriculture has shown 2-3 pounds of carbon sequestered per pound of product produced. And that's when it's done on an industrial scale.
