Social Shaming is perfectly fine, and preferable to my action. OP, you should archive, not only to deny ad revenue, but also to have a historical record of their statements as most journalist sites will intentionally re-write articles without editors notes or disclaimers. I'm not going to force you to do it, but it is normally a good idea to do it, especially with places like the CBC.
OK I am glad you won´t enforce this because few people archive links, you would have to ban half the people. The Ad revenue thing is a non issue, easily solved with an adblocker what is a serious issue is archive forcing captchas on every single article.
Then you need to stop posting.
I will post as I see fit and you are not going to limit it, if you have an issue with with non archive links bring it up with the administrator.

Ad Revenue is an issue; it's just that in this case it's irrelevant because it's government media.
