It's nice that it's a culturally diverse group.
Shame that it turned out to be a buggy mess that barely has a plot, and the thinnest excuse of a gameplay loop you've ever produced.
You need to collect things to make things and upgrade things, but there's barely any storage for the thing you collect, so your ship winds up being a junk freighter with stuff littered everywhere.
The vast majority of the quests you're sent on are radiant quests from Skyrim. Go to X, kill X amount of Y, return. Or you just play radio dispatch the hard way and are told to talk to X on planet Y, then return to planet Z to get more of the riveting conversation and return to planet Y, that definitely can't be done over the radio, or a communication network of some kind.
It's just a slog to play.
The entire object lesson here is that it is, in fact, not nice that the dev team was textbook diverse. The correlation between diverse dev team and bad game is too strong to ignore at this point. Truth is a studio can only arrive at diversity by hiring under qualified and untalented devs, and a team that is full up on incompetent devs can’t make a good game. That’s the Darwinian reality we live in.
Isn't the main issue is that the game's writing is dogshit? I think only one dude wrote that.
