These neo Marxists make appeals to highly defensible behaviors as a strategy to create plausible deniability for their true agenda. Leftist activists know that they must moderate their own radicalism in professional settings in order to avoid galvanizing mainstream opposition to their fucked up ideas, so the goal is always to present as totally normal professionals operating within the totally normal bounds of their various positions.

Of course they need to make changes when adapting the book for film, or the anime for tv, etc. because different mediums are different. Of course.

So why is every change in perfect alignment with leftist principles that are roundly rejected by at least half the audience? The bailey is the wider culture, which leftists seek to control. You cannot challenge them for this land without rooting them out of their motte.
