It's a bullshit case, but I've seen states recently sue out of state companies before, and usually come to a settlement. (Usually gun producers)
They have 111 locations in the US, and not one in New York.
So what the crazy AG is doing she literally has no jurisdiction over and this is just posturing?
She might not know what a "jurisdiction" is.
I think a lot of drones in the legal field clearly don't know, given all the garbage that crops up now in the courts
