Oh sure, a hate crime bill. Unless stuff is grandfathered in, and it's really really well written (it fucking won't be) it'll take somewhere around 11 seconds to put everyone in jail.
And since it's all retroactive, we're all equally fucked.
Just Canadians for now, although I don't think it will take too long for other countries to try to follow Castreau's lead.
