A 0.4% more black pay than white or 0.7% more for women is not a whole lot until you factor in that they're preferentially hiring them, meaning they are sub-par on average.
So they maybe should have been paid 20% less or not even hired at all; even being at the same level is anti-white/anti-male discrimination.
