I want it to be impossible for anyone to delete or edit any tweet after three minutes of being posted. If they tweeted a lie, they should be accountable for it. If someone tweets impulsively, maybe they'll learn to stop.

It actually is a really good idea. In the chance that the Congress critter Swalwell opens his mouth again about nuking American citizens, maybe he can get the censure or removal he deserves.
