To be fair, 'cope and seethe' kind of wore out its welcome in general. Funny and suitably pointed and insulting at first, but now...not so much. Personal opinion, but I think it's pretty cringe when anyone - left or right - uses it, and it generally just looks weak. The person losing the argument is usually the one telling the other person to cope and seethe, and it's just pathetic.
