What is this system racism. Can you point to any law where systemic racism is enforced?

Only systemic racism I can notice is against white people. You have a system that encourages discrimination against whites and asians. Show me proof of systemic racism.

For instance, white people are not the highest income earners in US, not even close. So why does that happen if there is systemic racism?
