Wasn't going to watch it anyway, unless general consensus was that it was as good as the original. I have the entire series of B5 on DVD, so they cannot take it away from me no matter what they do.
Might want to rip them while they still work: I've had some DVDs stop working on me even though I've taken good care of them. The data layer delaminates from the plastic disc part, and instead of looking shiny they start to look "foggy"; and the drives can't read them.

I ripped them many years ago, the disks sit in the cases in my DVD box set rack.
