They are literally tracking all of this on the government workstations, complete with data modeling to try and predict who's secretly on the naughty list so they don't have to do the hard work of monitoring everyone individually so they can scale this shit up and largely automate the identification for further scrutiny.

Also yes, everyone in DC is that far up their own ass. I can confirm this from on the ground experience.
