It's literally what Capitalism means. Marxism calls for the elimination of jews one way or another, because they are the literal bourgeoise. However the elites are not necessarily Revolutionary Marxists. The elites are all Globalists, which is to say: Fabian Socialists. Fabians are much slower and don't need to have mass executions right now. They are much more in line with Marx's concept that jews will just "disappear" with the result of the creation of the New Socialist Man, which is what the Fabians focus on.
As such, the identity politics bludgeon is a weapon they wield, but are not dedicated to. It serves as a useful cudgel to make their more radical stormtroopers act.
