Holy crap. The museum destruction is bad enough... until you see that everything that was around the building is completely gone. It looks like the city was bombed.
Edit: Apparently that is a really old part of town, with two hundred year-old wood buildings. (some are said to be 1000 years old) The museum is newer and looks like it had a sheet metal frame.
Not to mention Devilman, without which we would never have SMT.
The island nation is no stranger to terrors like this, but it still sucks that this happened. I wish them the best in that regard.

I hope there is some way everything lost in this museum can somehow be rebuilt/restored so that this legendary artist's legacy is continued.
