Interesting, I recently came off of a video covering a Cyberpunk 2077 update, and some of the changes it entails. Someone in the comments was talking about the romance options -- and as usual, there was the degenerate lamenting that Panam couldn't be romanced by female V. Someone else mentioned that they made a mod to convert Panam into a lesbian for female V.
That kind of heteroconversion would definitely fit the policy (assuming it's enforced evenly, which I'm pretty sure it's not), but I have no idea if that mod is actually available on NexusMod. If it were, then they would definitely be violating the policy.

The annoying thing about that is CDPR already tried to tick off all the diversity boxes and made sure to include a relationship for everyone. You can't win with these people.
I wonder if there's a mod to turn Claire back into a dude, genociding his "trans-identity" but keeping him gay.

This is the thing a lot of people tend to miss about this thing. It will never be enough. They will keep pushing and they will never stop.
Way too many people keep defaulting to "They're just trying to add options. What's wrong with options?" when in reality it's not that they're adding options, it's the reason why. They're catering to a minuscule minority of loud degenerates who keep asking for more.
As you stated, you cannot win. And I'm sure CDPR will rectify having hetero options in Cyberpunk 2077 by making everyone gay in Cyberpunk 2077's sequel.
