I'm not an economist but I would start a "Made in Argentina" campaign and promote moving factories into the country. More people busy with jobs means fewer people joining riots for socialism. I'd also be trying to get corporations in other countries to move their businesses (or at least a branch) with favorable tax havens and no regulations, but those companies would need to hire Argentinians and be on board with the anti-leftism agenda and at least virtue signal in that direction. (They also need to ban the government from taking IMF loans in the future.)
Now I wait for someone to call me stupid and explain why that won't work.
Peronism is literally that, and the've been doing it for 70+ years. It's warped and totally fucked by also being combined with leftism/socialism, but the core tenet is isolationist with Argentinean production for Argentina instead of for the rest of the world.
