Of course not. Olrox was an homage to Nosferatu. The bara church knight is an OC and Edouard may as well be, but I think he is loosely based on a castlevania 64 character.
Also there's a black vampiress who wears go go boots, in the games she was an old witch, kinda like female Shaft
