The censorship:

Deleted the ‘explicit content’ option in the menu. (An option in the overseas version allows the game to ‘show genitals’ and ‘display nudity in movies’ when turned on.)Changed the depiction of exposed internal organs.Removed the option for the player to torture NPCs in the goblin camp.

So you can't show dicks, can't show someone getting ripped apart, can't participate in torture

I have no problem with that, it's their culture, their society, they've been censoring dicks for decades so it isn't special treatment, don't cry about it now when you grovel to censor to sell in the Middle East and China.

Wait, how come I can't have the "no genitalia" option outside of Japan, too?

I mean, I thought Japan had a sort of "anything goes" thing when it came to cartoon porn.
