With all the Ben "Yahtzee" Croshaw leaving The Escapist news I was wondering if there are any other 'journalists' from back in the day still in the industry and Phil just popped into my head due to his odd behaviour on getting scoops and/or attention.
I know he's changed his Facebook name to Phil Del Rey recently (Some singer I think he likes' surname) but I've not seen any of his articles - in gaming at least.
Any other popular writers from back then who we should see what they are up to now?
I doubt any who are still writing will be still in the videogames exclusive group and everyone is allowed to get on with their careers regardless of where they stood in the Gamergate days. Just a friendly recap to see how they are getting on.

I don't mind checking the river to see who's corpses have floated by, but I really don't care about propaganda aparatniks who shilled for the machine a decade ago. Their obscurity speaks for itself.
EDIT: I'm looking through an archive of the journalists on Deepfreeze.it. I guess I have to ask who this guy is/was again? I don't see him on that list.
He's made a point of having everything wiped about him from everywhere possible.

I guess I can see how the nameless mooks 'getting away with it' might stick in your craw. The reality of their being nothing but fodder for the machine is plenty soul-crushing without us adding to it, IMHO.
I'm genuinely hoping to see them all older, understanding that they were always useful idiots for someone else's cause and maybe, just maybe, even regretful for shitting on their readers/customers for a dime bag.
Anything below that is just karma in action and a warning to others coming into a similar field.
