Statue was up for years. Only became divisive because people listen to young people. Not saying that young people can’t be smart but I’m not about to get lectured on race or history by any youth

Young people can be smart, but rarely are they wise.

That said, the young people of today are generally neither.

True. Although the older I get the more I realize I don’t know. Like the Socrates quote about the more you know the more you know that you don’t know. I’ve seen so many super smart young people but it’s applied so horribly
