You are right, but your conclusions for your examples are wrong.
I don't even play the games where these women have been uglified, but I can understand and I support the outrage. Why? Because as I've mentioned a few times before, it's not just about the uglification of the women, it's the intent.
But, again, you are right that way too many men are led around by the knob (it's how the human race sustains its existence). The problem is when men are unwilling to forfeit those urges to do the right thing; to tear down disruptive institutions, or to abandon irrational civic policies.
It's how we end up with people being arrested for posting "mean" things online, or calling some wench a "lesbian" (even if it's true), or laws that protect the delusions of those who deny basic reality.
It's also frustrating seeing a lot of men defend elements of wokeness that adhere to their own fetishes. That's one of the major reasons why faggotry keeps spreading. You have a lot of knobheads who will enable it because "lesbians are hot guys!".
I had a few encounters over the last several years where some coomers unironically said, "I'm fine with them making the LGBT content canon because it's already like that in the porn I watch". I had no response because what else is there to say?
This issue has extended from entertainment media all the way into politics. And as others have mentioned throughout this thread, a lot of it could have been prevented if men thought with their right head and simply said, "No!".
The point I'm making is there are far bigger things to worry about that "uglification of women" in media. Yet that is what many men care about enough to make a big fuss over. Why? Because they are so brainwashed to think that sex is the most important thing in life, that they will fight tooth and nail to access sex in some form. Men need to devote their time to actual standing up for what actually matters in society - actual morality - not a quick fix like a junkie.

Media is as important as politics, because media affects culture, and culture affects politics.
Do you know why there are so many people who accept Leftist agitprop? Because it's pushed heavily across all of their consumable media. If you accept it in media, you accept it in politics.

I agree, to an extent, but you need to combat it on all fronts, not just at the polls. Because that's exactly how the polls are affected -- just like the overt promotion of abortion across media, television, literature, and advertising has convinced people it's good, so they vote for politicians who support abortion... why? Because media told them so.

You're absolutely right about that....
There is a breaking point affecting normies. But the big question is, what will they do about it?
