Man, that sucks. I fear that is coming here to America one day. You could get enough Supreme Court justices to strike down the first amendment
There's nothing we can do but quietly complain on anonymous forums.
If I had to guess, they're probably not bothering to take it to court most of the time, and instead using this as a scare tactic to apply "social pressure" as I'm sure they'd call it.
