There are going to be AI Art detecting AIs. There probably already are. If they can use a tool to detect that it is not a real photo, then that is part of due diligence.

Overly realistic images of children in sexual situations are already illegal and considered CP
It really depends on your jurisdiction, mate. Go talk to a Canadian or an Aussie.
