I actually don't like the "dindu/nigger-word/darkie" verbiage very much (unless I'm on /pol/ talking to some asshole who is probably a white guy or jew). I guess I'm frustrated as I'm the picture child of the "post-racial" millennial. White Americans were the least racist people in space and time in the year 2000; the following decades were a do over for assholes frustrated that white people decided to judge people on the "content of their character".
You basically have to hope you fire the exact correct number of shots to suit the jury and get an old white guy judge or you might as well save the last one for yourself.
You wouldn't have to. One or two shots would be enough. Force is the one language that dindus understand.

Depends on what he's packing. Once you pop you just can't stop... or your "I was afraid for my life" defense falls apart.
Calm, judicious, restrained uses of defensive force can be more personally dangerous than panicked, wild, excessive self-defense.
I guess it's a balance. It would hard to defend shooting them in the back as they ran for their lives as well.

Leaving witnesses is a bad idea. I wouldn't do that if I were you.
