I’m glad that the court ordered Guilbeault to pay us $20,000 in legal fees. But in reality, we spent over $90,000.

Do you have any indication they didn't? Do you think a judge would just sua sponte award fees without that party asking for it?

They did, judges usually don't make people pay 100% of the other's legal fees.
