Way more than we know. Defamation laws need to be used to fight "cancel culture" by forcing these Big Tech and other companies to stand by their claims in a court of law. Putting their guidelines next to a banned account is the same as them publicly declaring this person to have engaged in the listed bad behavior, which could affect things like her getting hired in the future.
Naturally companies will simply start cancelling people without comment, which is why the law needs to expand to require public announcement of bans/throttling and the reason. (no shadowbans or cancelling of service for no reason)
