If I could, I would run a sort of 'big brother' charity for simps where I'd take them to the gym so not only improve themselves physically and a bit mentally too but see that the women in reality there look better than the ethots they spend money on online.
I see the big things for simps being the imagined emotional and social connection they have with their obsession of choice - the fake validation and attention, if you will.
Pointing out that there are hotter women in real-life probably won't fix that, if at all.
