I see this sort of thing all the time with government fines and companies that have appeal processes with a psuedo-legal veneer.
Company: "We received notice that you have violated Rule X. We are conducting a rigorous investigation and you have the right to present your side of the story."
Person: "Well I haven't, and here's a multi-page document with exhibits prepared exactly like an attorney would present a case in court proving it. If you want to rule against me, be prepared to refute my evidence and provide your rationale.
Company: "Our investigation has determined that you violated Rule X. This determination is final. Goodbye"
They really don't give a shit what you say or what proof you have, they've pretty much decided by the time they even contact you. The false investigation and/or appeal process is just so they can stroke their ego about how "professional" or "fair" they are in dealing with complaints.
Exactly. Everyone knew how this was going to go just from reading the first message. Even word is boilerplate legalese/kikespeak. There was no way they were going to "conduct an investigation" and return with any decision other than the one they had arrived at before messaging him.
It's kind of like when a wagie at goymart tells a customer they will go look in the back for a product. They disappear for a few minutes, probably to jerk off in the women's bathroom, and return empty handed. But the illusion of due diligence has been maintained.
