Also, unless he is talking about something else, that is literally just an MLRS system. There is nothing special about it at all other than the warheads are nicknamed "Grid Erasers" since you can wipe out an entire gridsquare with the rocket barrage. But Russia has the same thing (they have more actually), so what is the point.
Now, he could be talking about the GLMRS packs that Finland bought in 2022. But that cant be right, because those only have a range of ~150km and are so expensive you save them for important shit (like Ukraine was using them for ammo dumps).
