It’s not like that isn’t essentially the constructive policy of most of Latin America. Maybe they don’t literally pick them up and toss them over the border but they sure don’t stop them from going on their own and they sure don’t seem to care what becomes of the migrants, they figure it’s our problem now. And I’m sure they don’t mind all those American wages getting wired into home nation bank accounts and spent in the nations by migrants’ relatives. So yeah, I take that as being the same basic policy!
Call me crazy, but maybe we shouldn't give a single fuck whether or not the country we're returning someone to approves travel documents.

Dude, they actively encourage all of their homegrown scum to leave the country. It’s a huge net gain for them and a gigantic loss for us.
