Oic it's a Tegra. Yeah I don't know how much success Nvidia had with those in phones. I think they intended it for that, though.
I guess you mean to ask if the Switch uses ARM (which mobile phones also use) which the answer to that is yes.

It's more akin to a tablet, imo since the Switch doesn't have cellular capabilities.
