I actually defended this. In my true, nuanced fashion, I pointed out that the "coming for your children" chant was a hijacking of an existing chant. I said it might be a troll.
What does NBC and the pride march leader do? Say 'nope, that's what's happening, and we've been doing that for years.'

But, seriously, their response amuses me greatly. I can't even put into words how funny I find this. They had every bit of plausible deniability; "nope, it's a troll. We didn't say that. It was a Far Right Instigator™. Literal Nazis!" Now, that would have been bullshit, and a counter-smear, but point is they had the logistical position to try to execute it.
But, nope, they just fucking double down. "Well, yeah, we've been saying we're coming for your children for years, haha."

I hope so, but now they are an official persecuted minority and as such have been co-opted by the Fascist establishment as PR. The homos/pedos/trannies have latched onto a very powerful social force--the woke juggernaut that is tearing us apart as we watch.
We will be years rooting out neo-Marxists from our state bureaucracies, if it's even possible at this point.
Once they're on the defensive we might make some progress.
