Beanie Man isn't really wrong to point out the gun issue in a similar way. If you live in a city, firing a gun in almost any direction, especially a gun with penetrative power, can do crazy damage. I remember watch a cop show, and a dude fired back at a drive-by with an AK pistol. The bullet went through *FOUR HOUSES before stopping. The 9mm he was shot at went through his entire house. Overpenetration is extremely dangerous. You really have to rely on institutions to keep millions of people in line and relatively safe. None of that exists in a rural area.
