I actually downloaded the Diablo 4 beta during that first free weekend they had figuring that I'd never buy a Blizzard game but may as well see if it was decent since it was free and I like to play an ARPG for a couple days from time to time... I got to the character select screen, looked at all the models, and uninstalled it without even trying.
I looked through some character customization videos. All the women in that game look like men, to varying degrees. At least the sorceress almost has tits, and is the least masculine of the bunch.
Jeez, what an absolute abomination of character design in that game. From the company that used to be the best at visual design, pretty much.
Most of the women don't even have noticeable breasts, the necro especially has essentially zero chest.
I've heard good things about Ghostlore, but have yet to try it. Grim Dawn is very good if you like build-planning, but still quite playable if you don't. I wouldn't say I'm qualified to recommend many, though—I tend to have fun running around for a bit and then ditch them as it gets into late game.
I was thinking I might see how Titan Quest held up, haven't played it in like a decade, and they've done new stuff. Also, maybe get back into Victor Vran. It's classic ARPG, but also does some things different. Worth checking out, if you haven't. At least as far as I recall, it's been a while for that one as well.
I was actually playing Victor Vran very recently. I’m close to what I assume is the end—going to the mansion of the narrator—and the enemies just crossed that threshold of feeling too tanky to be fun for me. Plus, I was finding that certain weapons/abilities could seemingly miss at melee range for reasons that weren’t very clear, so I put it down. I might go back, but probably not. It was very fun for most of the game, though.
Last Epoch is pretty fun despite the story not being complete. (Endgame scaling randomized content IS in as well as tons of viable builds for completing that.)
Yeah, Last Epoch looks pretty sick, I've seen a lot of people singing its praised. I'll probably check it out at some point, but for now I'll probably play something I already own. But it's definitely on my list, looks really intriguing.

The Asian sorceress is the only character or NPC in the entire d4 game that's even remotely attractive, and then only from the neck down.
My guess is they had an ugly model ready but were told it just wouldn't sell in Asia without her at least not looking hideous.

But, which "body type" would you have used?
Also, I'm been itching for an ARPG recently, actually. What are some of your favorites? Thanks.

Fair enough, thanks.

Path of exile... But that game is more like a second job lol.
