Assuming twitter is showing my time then that is oddly bright for nighttime footage. As Google tells me this would be at 5 am if it is indeed at Rostov
A quick check lists Rostov at 47° north while Edinburgh, which is still further south than I am in Scotland, is at 56° north. It's bright very early here this time of year since we've just had the summer equinox solstice, and with the time coming up to half 5 in the morning it's still been bright for the last couple of hours.
