Well, it's a woman. If they know anything, it's how to conjure up a fake personality for financial gain.

I disagree. I think the statistics are skewed by criminals changing their identity for access to women's comfortable prisons.

Bad news. They're all trying to change their identity for gain. Typically for perversion rather than cynically.
