Really? I didn’t hear about pride month til my 20s. I remember hearing about gay parades in California as a teen but that was about it. But like I said, most of my upbringing was in heavily traditional Christian areas so that wasn’t prioritized.

I was actually pressured to be gay or at least overly sexual. It was awkward admitting I liked girls but not as much as I pretended.
Could you lean more into that please? I'm genuinely curious about your upbringing.
Did they thought you are gay because you don't talk about girls or you don't have much interest in getting one?
