I'll say this though, the title is a bit of an exaggeration. If it's the same clip I've seen, he did not deny the Holocaust, he just denied that Bandera was responsible for it. That is no more neo-Nazism or Holocaust denial than questioning the extent to which marshal Petain was culpable for what happened in France (though with much less evidence for a defense of Bandera than Petain).
