Ehhh... might be putting too much together.
Accidents, particularly traffic ones, do actually happen. Sometimes they can even kill dozens of people.
The bricks thing not withstanding, is the timing suspicious, or are we conflating two completely unrelated incidents?
This kind of shit happens all the time.
