If it means the kid has a proper moral compass and a clear understanding of the world. Clearly this father has given up raising his kid and only wants to raise his skirt (thud)
To be honest it might be an argument FOR harems to be legal.
Why risk boys being raised by a single mom because their father decided wearing a dress is more important when they can at least share a strong male role model that can keep multiple women in line!
