Did the Roman Empire not have transsexuals or gays? Did the Republic not have a "democracy"? Were there not immigrants? Was there not a constitution that suggested the people deserved liberty?
What I'm saying is that the problems with women in modernity have always been the same problems with women. The only reason they are more pronounced is because of jewish weakening of the patriarchy which kept women in line. It is female nature that is the problem with women not any ideology. If you don't believe me I can find references by ancient greeks over 2000 years old depicting women as liberal communists despite communism never existing. That's because it's in their nature. The jews helped to structure society in a manner that empowers women and oppresses men but even if you eliminate jews from your society you must still structure society to switch the relationship such that men "oppress" women in order to solve the problem of women. You cannot run an "equal" society without Jews and solve the problem of women. Women are not inherently good yet corrupted by jews. Women are inherently evil and jews simply empowered women to be themselves without male dominion to keep women inline.
You don't have to go back to the Roman Empire. We didn't have those things mere decades ago. However, that's because nominally liberal societies weren't living up to their values - and were better for it.

Because women have gained financial independence from men for resources, along with many things such as equal rights under the law. This allows women to act how they want to act rather than act the way men want them to act. Women don't need to earn men's favor and this is the result you get. That is a major change in modernity with the promotion of technology. Historically, women simply couldn't gain much financial independence even if they wanted to due to the burden of pregnancy/children and the physical labor required to extract resources that women were objectively worse at than men.
