That's wrong too. The black population decreased as a percentage due to hispanic immigration, and black abortion.

The last numbers I heard were 12/52. So presumably this would now be 12/60.

It's still 52 as such, it's 60 only among the known perps (because they often do it in public and/or get snitched on in gangs).
