It's a shame that Letterman went full TDS. He was always funnier than Leno. I just couldn't watch after he revealed his politics, even though he didn't let it infect the show that much.

I knew Letterman's politics and respected that he kept them out of the show. Besides, IIRC he left right around the time Trump announced his candidacy, so he didn't have much time to bitch about him even if he were inclined to do so.
