I think we can safely conclude, wherever the manuscript of The Communist Tranifesto may be, that it is composed of little more than ramblings and rantings about her 'struggles' over being 'queer' and 'trans'. About her 'transphobic' parents and other 'Christofascists'. About 'friends' on sites like Reddit whom encouraged her every step of the way, and from whom she probably learned of the whole 'trans genocide' narrative. And about that dead black woman, 'Sydney', with whom she was infatuated in the last few years of her life.

That's about it. Like you, I also find the notion of some young, bitter, confused loser doing much of anything meticulously to be absurd, let alone competently planning a killing spree. Sure, she fantasized about getting 'revenge' for years, and over that time acquired seven guns, but it is doubtful that she did anything more than that. Hence why she lasted a miserable fourteen minutes with a lowly kill count of six: hardly the outcome that she would have wanted. Think about it: If she was a good planner, she would have struck when they were in assembly or on recess break, i.e. when stopping her from spotting targets was not as simple as barricading the doors to classrooms. Because the staff quickly barricaded the doors, she spent most of her time shooting into them rather than at anyone.

I think it reveals she's a female supremacist.
