This case confuses me. They are charged with acting as agents of the Russians. Presumably knowingly, right? Does the FSB really come up and identify themselves?
If they were just doing their African People's Party thing, and the Russians were whispering in their ears, what's the crime?
Its the law trying to find a way to penalize free speech, but finding the most protected class (blegg troons) and then using 'muh russputin' as their hammer.
Then they can use that precedent on everyone as they see fit.
