Well now we have the smoking gun. Surely if Michael Cohen's sworn testimony against Trump is enough to prosecute, this should be enough to charge Biden, his son and everyone else involved in this. I will wait patiently for those indictments to come down.

Trump and DeSantis need to be pressed into promising to prosecute over this if they win in 2024.
