I know UK is fucked but doesn't "hate crime" suppose to have a crime attached to it. What is the crime here?
The UK police now harasses people for "non-crime hate incidents".
A retired cop was harassed by cops because he retweeted a poem about "women"-LARPing male trannies with silicon, crotch wounds and wigs being stupid men.
The PC police called him "because they needed to check his thinking" and "how would his trans coworkers feel if they saw he retweeted this".
He filed a formal complaint and got an apology, but the cops never stopped doing that orwellian shit.
And despite it not being a crime, it shows up on background checks.
Sounds like that's the goal
The Scottish police had no complaint to go after Count Dankula for his nazi pug humoristic video.
So they went "victim shopping", contacting various grievance orgs, making them aware of the video and asking them to file a complaint. The police themselves couldn't legally be the source of the "I'm offended!" complaint. They finally found one to file one for them. It was malicious from start to finish. The prosecution were leftist-babbling Tumblr "everything I dislike leads to genocide" retards. The judge was a disgraceful clown.
The cops have tranny jannies diversity hires browsing the Internet to find things to harass people IRL.
Thats hilarious. He probably only got an apology cause he was a former cop.
Operation: Mindcrime
Vulgar dolls are not a crime.
