You’re preaching to the choir here. I’ve hated the majority of “mainstream books” because they have feminized every male protagonist. Harry Potter was no different in how the boys were inept and every positive male role model was killed off or retconned to be gay. Women love Harry Potter because of the implicit drama and feminist worshipping.
Were the books that bad? Last one I read was Order of the Phoenix and I remember it being kind of based, the villain is an authoritarian cat-lady cunt, Harry Potter starts an underground militia, etc.

I can't bring myself to suffer through that, and I've dragged my brain through women's studies textbooks.
But yes, like all entertainment, books have been co-opted by women to push their hateful agenda.
