Pretty straightforwards logic, I don't see why white people have to demean ourselves to following advice from someone solely because they share skin color. He's 100% right, you need to follow ideas not blindly trust someone because of their skin color.

What he's saying is that he won't have any in-group loyalty just because someone is White. That's a rational position if you're in a White society, but it's not a rational position if you're holding this position while political opponents target you specifically for being White.
