So if you're this upset over this particular killer being a woman, does that make it ok for all the other times a school shooter was a man to focus on him being a man?

I'm going with "no, because it's not indicative of the population at large," but by your logic and willingness to focus on this one attribute, because there are so many more male school shooters, it's perfectly reasonable to judge all men by the actions of a few.
