I'm going with "no, because it's not indicative of the population at large," but by your logic and willingness to focus on this one attribute, because there are so many more male school shooters, it's perfectly reasonable to judge all men by the actions of a few.
Have you considered that I'm fed up of having it shoved down my throat every time a woman dies that it's somehow all men's fault? This is a chance to do the same thing back and it's so cathartic. It also fits better because this woman shot up a school not because she was taking revenge on bullies that female teachers never dealt with, but because she just...wanted to kill kids.
Killing kids absolutely is a reflection of the female population. The method is odd, but infanticide is one of the few things they are statistically "better" at than men.
